Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LEXIMS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the staff you invite, and all activity under your tenant. Keep your credentials secure and ensure your team uses the Service appropriately.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up, via M-Pesa (Tuma) or card (Paystack).
• Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. M-Pesa renewals are initiated as a prompt you approve.
• If a renewal isn't completed, your account enters a grace period and may be suspended until payment is made.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful activity.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEXIMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
